Terms of Service

The rules for using CreatorGrid — membership, contributions, moderation, the Marketplace, and AI features.

Effective 8 August 2026 · Last updated 8 August 2026

Who these terms are between

These terms govern your use of CreatorGrid, a members-only platform for people who run creator businesses. "CreatorGrid", "we", and "us" mean the operator of creatorgrid.ai. "You" means the person holding the account.

By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Accounts

You need an account to use anything beyond the public pages. You must be at least 18, give accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and not share your account.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@creatorgrid.ai if you believe it has been accessed by someone else.

Membership and billing

CreatorGrid membership is a recurring subscription. Prices, billing interval, and any launch pricing terms are shown on the membership page before you pay, and are charged through Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.

Launch pricing, where offered, applies for the stated number of successful payments and then renews at the standard rate. Membership renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Early Creator complimentary memberships are granted by invitation, are not a purchase, and can be ended at our discretion.

Except where refunds are required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. Taxes are calculated and added by Stripe at checkout.

Your contributions

Contributions include questions, answers, Decision Records, profile content, uploaded documents, messages, and anything else you submit. You keep ownership of your contributions.

You grant CreatorGrid a non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, and distribute your contributions inside the platform so the product can function — including surfacing them in search, related content, briefings, and to other members with access.

Public community contributions and Decision Records may remain visible after you leave, in the same way a knowledge base does. Private material — messages, uploaded documents, and your business profile — is not published.

Acceptable use

Do not use CreatorGrid to:

  • post unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your business or credentials
  • scrape, bulk-export, or resell member data or platform content
  • send unsolicited advertising to members through messaging or community surfaces
  • attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or moderation

Moderation and enforcement

Members can report content. Reports enter a moderation queue reviewed by CreatorGrid moderators, who can hide content, restrict features, suspend, or remove an account. Moderation decisions and enforcement actions are recorded in an internal audit ledger.

Where a decision affects your account, it is shown in your account under Reports and notices, and you may reply there to contest it. We aim to be proportionate, but we may act immediately where there is risk of harm or legal exposure.

Marketplace and providers

The Marketplace introduces members to service providers. CreatorGrid is not a party to any agreement you make with a provider, does not supply their services, does not process payment between you and them, and does not guarantee outcomes, availability, quality, or pricing.

Provider listings and expertise claims are reviewed for plausibility and completeness. That review is not an endorsement, an accreditation, a background check, or a warranty. Do your own diligence and contract directly with the provider.

AI Business Assistant

The AI Business Assistant generates text from your prompts and from context you make available to it, such as your business profile, projects, uploaded documents, and platform knowledge. Output can be incomplete or wrong.

It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice. Contract review and pricing features are drafting aids that summarise and flag; they do not replace a qualified professional. You are responsible for anything you act on.

AI features are subject to fair-use rate limits so a single account cannot exhaust shared capacity.

The Grid and location

If you choose to appear on the Grid, other members see an obfuscated location — a city-level or approximate area, never your precise coordinates. You control whether you appear at all. Turning it off removes you from discovery.

Availability and changes

CreatorGrid is in active development and is provided as-is. Features may change, and planned or unplanned downtime can occur. We may change these terms; material changes will be shown in-product or by email before they take effect, and the updated date at the top of this page will change.

Ending your membership

You can cancel your membership at any time from Billing, and you can request account deletion from your account settings. We may suspend or end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. On termination, your access ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreatorGrid is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business arising from your use of the platform, from AI output, or from your dealings with other members or providers. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
